Mentoring Program
MIND (that means Mentor Inspire ‘n’ Develop) is a powerful initiative that has been designed to engage, empower and leverage the management skills of our Leaders through knowledge, key learnings and experience sharing among the Executives of this company.
Performance Management
Bomi recognizes the contribution, efforts and success of each person. This is why we have implemented a global Performance Management system that helps each employee to direct their work energy and improve their skills thanks to an approach oriented towards continuous feedback and professional development actions.
Talent Management
This program aims to assess employee’s potential and will allow the company to identify the most talented employees across the organization, to build a successor’s pipeline and to address development initiatives.
New Ways of Working
The traditional way of working in the office is evolving. At Bomi we have adopted a hybrid model, which allows employees to alternate presence and remote work. Smart Working enables our employees to achieve better results, to become accountable and to have a better work-life balance.
