Bomi Brazil was founded in 1998 as part of a joint venture between Bomi Group and Luft Group, one of Brazil’s leading logistics providers. In November 2017, after a 20 year partnership, Bomi Group acquired the residual minority stake from Luft Group, consolidating its leadership on the Brazilian market.
With a market share of over 30%, Bomi Group is a market leader in Brazil’s medical and hospital sector (3PL) and currently offers unique and tailored solutions to over 90 national and multinational companies and handles more than a million deliveries each year.
As well as the ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards held by the Group as a whole, we also meet the requirements of ANVISA, the Brazilian National Health Surveillance Agency.
We offer our clients ambient temperature, refrigerated and temperature-controlled warehousing, transport, labelling and packaging services, support for the creation of virtual branches and hospital stock consignment services.
Our Brazil branch has three warehouses, two in Itapevi just outside Sao Paolo and one in Itajaí in the state of Santa Caterina, offering a total of 40,000 m² of temperature-controlled storage space.
We also have a Repair Shop Area available exclusively to our clients and offering the following benefits:
- Reduction in transportation costs;
- Availability of replacement stock;
- Inventory management for control components
- Availability of customised areas.
In Brazil, the Bomi Health Carrier network is composed of 2 main cross-docking hubs close to Sao Paulo and Santa Catarina and over 60 distribution platforms managed by selective and exclusive partners who operate according to the Bomi Group’s guidelines.
The BOMI HEALTH CARRIER fleet in Brazil reinforces our commitment to provide high quality distribution standards at national level. All our vehicles are technologically equipped and guarantee deliveries under the most demanding requirements of security and traceability.
The recent acquisition of LINEX, leader in the pharmaceutical air transport market in Brazil, expands Bomi Group’s offer of strategic services for air and ground transportation.
