After less than 3 months from its return in Mexico, Bomi Group, a leading company in the logistics of the biomedical sector and listed on the multilateral trading AIM Italy, through its affiliate Bomi Mexico, has signed a binding contract for the acquisition of the 100% of Espadist, a Mexican company specialized in Healthcare Logistics.
Espadist has got 20 years of experience in the medical logistics, both in warehousing and transportation, and can boast multinational clients in the medical device, in vitro diagnostic and pharmaceutical sectors.
This strategic acquisition streghtens Bomi Mexico footprint in the Country and contributes to further consolidate the Group presence and twenty-year specialized experience in Latin America.
Bomi Mexico new HQ warehouse, of more than 6.000 sqm, will be inaugurated in August 2017 in a state-of-the-art facility, Cold Chain and GDP compliant, fully dedicated to the Healthcare Supply Chain.
Final miles and urgent deliveries all over the Country are granted thanks to a direct, temperature controlled, fleet controlled by Bomi Control Tower.
