Thanks to the acquisition of CPS Farmaceutici, Bomi Group becomes the most widespread healthcare logistics operator in Italy with 11 pharma authorized warehouses in 5 regions.

Bomi Group, a leading company in the integrated logistics sector serving the Healthcare industry, is pleased to welcome CPS Farmaceutici, a Bologna-based company specializing in pharmaceutical logistics, to the Group, thus becoming the most deep-rooted logistics operator in the pharma sector in Italy, with 11 authorized pharma warehouses in 5 regions.

The acquisition of CPS Farmaceutici will allow strengthening the offer and logistics services in a crucial area, such as Bologna, for the entire national territory.

A few months after the acquisition of Consigliere S.r.l. and a little more than a year after the acquisition of Logifarma S.r.l., Bomi Group completes its consolidation path in the pharmaceutical sector, acquiring know-how and specific skills well rooted in the territory, but always supported by a multinational structure and present for over 35 years in the sector.

CPS Farmaceutici, located in Emilia-Romagna, has two temperature-controlled warehouses in the Bologna area, of 2,000 and 4,000 sqm respectively.

Both warehouses have temperature cold rooms at +2+8°C, ISO 9001 certification, and authorizations for the storage of food products and supplements, drugs and psychotropic substances, as well as veterinary products.

Specializing in the integrated logistics of pharmaceutical and para pharmaceutical, CPS Farmaceutici guarantees rapid and effective process management thanks to the support of advanced technology and full computerization of activities.

Maximum flexibility in strategic inventory management, service customization and integrated transport are among the pillars for significant growth in the pharmaceutical sector.
