Bomi Group received the Award of Best Practice in the field of Health Logistics

Dokuz Eylul University Maritime Faculty and Aegean Logistic9s Association (ELODER) jointly organized the 2019 “Logistics Award”, a competition to select “practices and success stories”.

The main goal of the competition was to contribute to both the logistics industry and the academy, by sharing the best logistics and supply chain practices in the logistics industry.

The Logistics Association ELODER, founded in 2014, aims at professional and sectorial development.

Bomi Group Turkey explained the home delivery project of peritoneal dialysis medicines. The aim of this project is to deliver the necessary medication and medical equipment in a timely, complete and temperature-controlled manner so that patients with renal insufficiency have trouble-free treatment of the peritoneal dialysis process in their home environment, thus keeping the life comfort of the patients as high as possible.

In the final stage of the competition, BOMI Group Turkey, and 6 other logistics companies shared their success stories in their respective fields, more specifically in supply chain design and cold chain solutions, information systems and technology applications, logistics innovation, transportation & shipping, inventory and order management.

As a result of the evaluation of the jury, Bomi Group received the Award of Best Practice in the field of Health Logistics.

Alen Voskericyan (Bomi Turkey General Manager) and Korhan Yorulmaz (Transportation Manager and speaker) received this prestigious Award.
