BOMI Group grows in Europe and enters the Spanish market: DECO PHARMA becomes part of the Group

Bomi Group, a leading multinational company in the field of integrated logistics serving the Healthcare sector, announces the acquisition of Deco Pharma Servicios Logisticos, a leading Spanish company specialized in providing logistics solutions to the pharmaceutical and MedTech industries.

The acquisition allows Bomi Group to enter the Spanish market, further strengthening its presence in South-West Europe and creating important cross-selling activities across the Region.
The project will be led by Oscar Pérez who has recently joined Bomi Group as Head of Iberia Cluster, bringing to the Group his long-term deep experience in the Healthcare logistic sector, the most recent as Commercial Director Europe at Movianto.
With more than 10 years of experience in the Healthcare field, Deco Pharma has managed to reach a robust and loyal customer base made up by leading national and multinational pharma and healthcare companies, including private and public hospitals and wholesalers.
Deco Pharma warehouses of about 15.000 sqm are strategically located in San Agustìn de Guadalix, 20 km in the north of Madrid, in state-of-the-art premises with the latest technologies in the field of pharma logistics. The entire surface includes 7 storage areas with different controlled temperatures (+15+25°C, +2+25°C and +2+8°C plus a frozen area at T<-20°C) , 1 dangerous goods and 1 controlled drugs storage areas.
Services offered allow customers to fully outsource the entire logistics cycle: inbound, GDP storage, pick&pack, and transportation to destination, as well as Value Added Services such as GMP secondary manufacturing, inventory and replenishment services and reverse logistics.

The Company completes its 3PL services portfolio by offering customized Order to Cash services too, giving its clients the chance to outsource commercial and product management functions, becoming a strategic business partner seeking for long-term relations with clients.

Thanks to the integration of Deco Pharma, Bomi Group will be able to provide its services across Spain and Portugal, either through own resources or third parties providers in strict compliance with pharma and healthcare regulations and temperature/humidity requirements.

The Company is certified ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016, operates in accordance with GDP regulations and is a recognized distributor of active substances (API’s), complying with the most demanding standards required by the pharmaceutical sector.
