BOMI GROUP EXPANDS IN UK AND STRENGTHENS ITS POSITION IN THE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT SECTOR: RH LOGISTICS BECOMES PART OF THE GROUP

We are glad to announce that from today Bomi Group, world leader 3PL specialized in the Healthcare sector and with more than 35 years of experience in the market, concluded the acquisition of 100% of RH Logistics, a UK company, which offers storage, transport and software solutions for the medical devices equipment industry. With more than 5,000 sqm close to London (Stevenage) and 30 vans, RH Logistics developed an unique solution in the UK for demo management diagnostic imaging devices, serving today most of the main players of this sector. The extremely reliable transport and warehousing solutions are the enablers to guarantee the stock optimization, one of the main goals of any demo management operation.

Richard Hindle, the funding partner and CEO, will keep the same position at the Company and will also be responsible for leading Bomi HealthTech in Europe, the new Business Unit fully devoted to the Medical Equipment sector.

With this step, RH Logistics will be able to continue to offer its innovative solution to the medical devices equipment sector, while expanding its service portfolio of warehousing and transport in the UK through Bomi’s expertise and technologies.
