Bomi Group continues to grow in the Pharma sector and strengthens its position in Italy: Consigliere becomes part of the Group
Spino d’Adda (Cremona), Nov 27th, 2020 – Bomi Group, a leading company in the field of integrated logistics serving the Healthcare sector, announces the acquisition of Consigliere Srl, a historic Italian company specialized in pharmaceutical logistics.
Since 1970, Consigliere, located in Settimo Milanese, close to Milan, has been offering specialized logistics solutions to the main pharmaceutical and cosmetic Italian companies. The management of Consigliere will remain within the group and will ensure the continuity of company’s successful development and the best integration in Bomi. Marta Consigliere, who will maintain her role of Managing Director at Consigliere Srl, will integrate Bomi Italy Pharma Business Unit, contributing as Business Developer Pharma with her profound knowledge of the market.
The 7.500 sqm, divided into 3 different facilities, ensure the clients flexibility and different logistic solutions. All the warehouses are authorized for the storage of pharmaceutical products and food supplements at a controlled temperature of +15/+25° C and +2/+8° C, the latter in a dedicated cell of 250 sqm.
The company is certified ISO 9001:2015 and works in compliance to GDP regulation.
A few months after the acquisition of Logifarma, Bomi continues its path of consolidation in the pharmaceutical sector, strengthening its presence in Italy and offering its customers maximum flexibility in the strategic management of stocks.
