Customer Service Operator

Ubicación: Italy-Departamento: Customer Service

For our warehouse in Soresina (CR), we are looking for a brilliant Customer Service Operator to be included with a permanent contract within the Logistics Business Unit.

Main Responsibilities

  • Management of communication flows with customers and couriers
  • Insert orders in the warehouse management system
  • Office procedures, inventory and goods entry procedures
  • Management of stocks and returns
  • Resolution of problems and complaints
  • Customer Contacts

Mandatory requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Good knowledge of English (level B1)
  • Previous experience of at least 1 year in companies operating in the Logistics and Transport sectors in similar positions
  • Familiarity with the main IT supports and knowledge of the MS Office package, mainly Excel

Preferred requirements

  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (AS 400, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
