For our warehouses in Tuzla, İstanbul, we are looking for a brilliant and motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to be included in our Quality Team with a permanent contract to ensure process excellence in all quality functions in Turkey.
Main Responsibilities
• Ensure that facility activities are carried out in accordance with GDP & Bomi Quality Management System
• Ensure that the secondary packaging area complies with GMP requirements
• Check and approve the serial records
• Take an active role in the preparation and updating of the procedures and instructions of Quality Assurance
• Keep track of customer complaints, change requests, risk analysis and deviations
• Represent the company together with the Quality Manager & Qualified Person in internal and external audits
• Prepare and track Corrective and Preventive Actions and ensure that actions are completed
• Take an active role in the preparation, implementation and reporting of the plans of Validation, Calibration, Internal Audit and Supplier Audit.
Mandatory requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Chemistry/Chemical Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a facility with a License of Manufacturing Site of Human Products
• Good command of GMP & GDP applications and quality management system requirements
• Fluency in English
• Good command of MS Office programs

• Residing in the Anatolian side of Istanbul
