For our site of Pozzuolo (MI) we are looking for an Italy QA-RA Specialist Intern to be placed for a 6-month training internship (aimed at placement).
Description
This figure will support the Company’s Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs activities and more generally the proper implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System for the Logistics Business Unit.
Responsibility
Acknowledges and adopts the objectives set by the Quality Department, arranged by the Direct Manager
Participates in customer, certification body and internal audits
Supports Customer Service and Quality Focal Points in day-to-day and operational activities is responsible for reviewing procedures and operating instructions and keeping the QMS document list up-to-date
Organizes trainings on procedures and operating instructions.
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology or related field
Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 13485:2016 standards
Minimum knowledge of GMP regulations as applied to the logistics and pharmaceutical sector
Good knowledge of the English language (B2)
Familiarity with major computer aids and knowledge of Office package, mainly Excel
Preferred Requirements
Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Management, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance and related fields
Licensed to practice as a pharmacist
Knowledge of a second foreign language
Passion for the world of pharmaceutical logistics and transportation in the Healthcare field
