We are looking for a Customer Service Employee, qui parle le Français. A very challenging position within a global organization, whose control tower for Europe is located in Eindhoven. From this office you work with an informal team.
Because of a new project, you are mainly involved to successfully implement this new account together with the Customer Service Team Leader. If all this goes smoothly, you are the right person to manage this account and expand the distribution in different countries. Responsibilities:
- Entering orders in the TMS and administratively recording purchase rates and sales rates.
- Setting up international transports via internal transport planning or transport partners.
- Monitoring end-to-end logistics links from order to delivery.
- Handling daily requests to clients and suppliers for status updates, invoice requests, complaints and escalations.
- Use commercial perspectives to realize the wishes of the customer.
- Reporting of revenue, costs & performance KPIs.
- Periodic presentations e.g. making monthly business reviews with the client, performance meetings with the suppliers & complaints reviews with associated justification to evaluate processes and, in consultation with the manager, to keep this to a minimum.

Job requirements:
- You have completed a MBO/HBO education
- You have knowledge of transport and logistics and experience in a commercial environment
- You master at least the French and English language and preferably also Dutch

Vanwege nieuw project ben je voornamelijk bezig om samen met de Teamleider Customer Service deze klant, succesvol te implementeren. Als dit alles op rolletjes verloopt, ben je de aangewezen persoon om dit account te managen en de distributielanden uit te breiden. Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Invoeren van orders in het TMS en het administratief vastleggen van inkoop tarieven en verkoop tarieven.
- Het uitzetten van internationale transporten via de interne transportplanning of transport partners.
- Bewaking van end-to-end logistieke schakels van aanvraag tot levering.
- Dagelijkse aanvragen afhandelen naar opdrachtgevers en leveranciers t.b.v. statusupdates, factuuraanvragen, klachten en escalaties.
- Commerciële perspectieven benutten om de wensen van de klant te realiseren.
- Rapportering van opbrengst, kosten & performance KPI’s.
- Periodieke presentaties maken bijv. monthly business reviews met de opdrachtgever, performance meetings met de leveranciers & klachten reviews met bijbehorende verantwoording om processen te evalueren en in samenspraak met de leidinggevende dit tot een minimum te beperken.

Functie eisen:
- Je beschikt over mbo/hbo werkniveau en denkniveau
- Je hebt kennis van transport en logistiek en ervaring in een commerciële omgeving
- Je beheerst ten minste de Franse en Engelse taal en bij voorkeur ook Nederlands
