The Monterotondo hub, which also functions as a storage warehouse, is strategically located a few kilometres from the capital and adjacent to the Autostrada del Sole, the principal motorway between Milan and Naples via Rome utilised by Bomi’s fleet for transport from South to North and vice versa; is equipped with a climatisation plant which allows it to maintain temperatures stable within a range of 5°-25°C, and with dedicated cells for products requiring a stable temperature environment of 2-8 °C. In addition, a temperature controlled transport fleet operating out of Monterotondo is capable of servicing Rome, Lazio and the other neighbouring regions.

The inauguration of Monterotondo represents a significant step forward for the network of Bomi Group as evidenced by the statement issued by Federico Mancini, Manager of the Rome Operating UnitThis new logistics hub consolidates BOMI’s presence in Italy and underlines our constant commitment to providing clients with an excellent service dedicated exclusively to the healthcare sector.”
