BOMI GROUP EMPLOYEES GATHERED TO CELEBRATE THE FAMILY AND CHILDREN’S DAY IN COLOMBIA

Recognizing the importance of encouraging spaces designed to strengthen and ensure the integral development of the family, the Family and Children’s Day was held last October 26th for BOMI GROUP employees of the Colombian branch. The event took place in La Florida Park, one of the most important parks in the north-west of Bogota.

During the event, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the employees and their families met to carry out different integration and recreation activities. The gathering was the occasion for smiling, having fun and experiencing how to find a balance between family and work life for the people who participated.

Andres Betancourt, HR Manager in Bomi Group commented about the event:

The importance of a good communication, teamwork and respect for others were the main topics addressed during all the activities. Therefore, while moments of recreation were generated, important skills for the daily work of our employees were developed. The event was really appreciated by all the attendees.
